M’agrada molt cuinar i amb companyia de la Diana molt més!!! Avui hem tingut sessió de cuina tradicional a casa. L’objectiu era fer conserves de tomàquet (que més endavant publicaré), gaspatxo, llimonada, samfaina i un pastís de poma!! Ja veieu que quan ens hi posem sóm unes màquines!!! Quan estàvem recollint la Diana ha vist un tros de pa d’ahir i se li ha ocurregut utilitzar-ho per fer una recepta que la seva mare li feia quan era petita, molt senzilla i molt molt econòmica. 100% de cuina d’aprofitament!!!
Els Repápalos són típics del nord d’Andalusia d’on és la família de la Diana i és un típic plat que feien els pastors a l’hivern…Però amb un gotet de gaspatxo és converteix en un acompanyament ideal per aquest plat d’estiu.
Atenció no apte per gent que estigui a règim…però un dia és un dia!!!
Anem per feina:
Ingredients:
– Julivert
– All
– Pa del dia anterior remullat (un tros)
– 2 ous
– pa ratllat
– Oli d’oliva verge
– Sal i pebre
Preparació:
Batem els dos ous i afegim el pa remullat i escorregut, reservem. Per altre banda fem una picada d’all i julivert al morter, ho incorporem a l’ou i el pa que teníem reservat i es xafa amb una forquilla fins que el pa s’hagi esmicolat. Salpebrem i afegim a poc a poc pa ratllat fins que quedi una massa suficientment espessa per poder-la fregir. Sobretot el secret es que la masa no quedi molt espessa.
Amb l’ajuda de dos culleres fem formes de croquetes i fregim en oli ben calent.
Posem a escorrir sobra un paper un paper absorbent i ja és poden menjar!! Amb un gotet fresc de Gaspatxo acompanya genial!!
